FAQ
Do you charge for travel?
If your wedding is within the Fernie/Cranbrook/Kimberley area, we do not charge for travel. Outside of the area, travel and accommodation costs will incur.
What does the booking process look like?
If you decide you’d like to book us, we require a signed contract and 25% retainer fee in order to secure the date.
What can we expect during our session?
We take a relaxed, low pressure approach to shooting and focus on getting you laughing and interacting with each other. We want it to feel like a fun date (with constant bad jokes).
How do we choose a location?
Our first recommendation is to pick some place that is meaningful to you. If you have no idea and aren’t familiar with the area, that’s what we’re for. We have a great collection to choose from that are more secluded and not just the most popular places.
How many photos will we receive?
With two photographers, there’s going to be a lot of photos. On average, you can expect 50-100 photos per hour of shooting.
When will we receive our photos?
You can expect your photos within 12 weeks your wedding. We’ll send you a preview within 72 hours. That may be longer than other photographers out there, but we put a lot of time and consideration into our editing while also balancing other jobs. Don’t worry - it’ll be worth the wait!
What do personal printing rights mean?
This means that you have the freedom to choose where to print your photos - either through our professional print shop or your favourite local shop.
